I am a small home based kennel breeding quality French Bulldogs and Japanese Chin. All my puppies are raised underfoot and socialized with other dogs and people. Although I show my dogs in conformation events, my main concern is for healthy Frenchies and Chin.

French Bulldogs are not for everyone! A friend's website has 10 reasons not to buy a Frenchie. While I always try for healthy dogs, Frenchies have allergies, back concerns and breathing problems among others. They have terrier in their background and hence, the terrier tenacity. Poo is their favorite snack and they have a scream that can wake the dead and make you wish you were!

Japanese Chin are great little companion dogs. They do have a coat that needs regular brushing, bathing and grooming, but it doesn't mat easily. They are happy little clowns but can be a one person dog. As with all toy breeds, luxating patellas can be a problem and the short face can lead to respiratory difficulty, but Chins are a fairly hearty breed.

I have both these breeds because they are funny and make me laugh daily. Consider your breed choice carefully, but if Frenchies and Chin are the dog for you, let my babies light up your life.
Welcome
