LOCATED IN ALPINE, UTAH - USA
Why French Bulldogs?
Our decision to breed Frenchies was not taken lightly. The French Bulldog breed demands a lot of time, effort, and you guessed it.... money! Michelle never intended to purchase a Frenchie as she always thought their bat ears looked a bit funny. However, one fall day she came across a picture of a French Bulldog looking to be adopted. Once she saw her picture, she couldn't get this sweet puppy out of her mind. She decided to gently persuade Dean to come see the dog with her.
They were waiting in some stranger's home when this funny looking fawn female came running around the corner, jumped up onto the couch, and gave Michelle a huge hug by literally wrapping her arms (I know, dogs don't have arms, but stay with me here!) ... wrapping her 'arms' around Michelle's neck. Michelle's heart sparkled and she was SOLD on the idea of welcoming this funny creature into her home.
The children thought it would be fun to name her after a Star Wars character... Leia.
Leia has been our miracle.
She has been our friend, attention getter, silly willy, and therapy dog.
We have fallen in love with the Fawn, Blue, and Cream colored Frenchies but also devote our work to meeting AKC standards. This means we do everything in our power to use the Dam and Sire that meet AKC color standards and research the possible health and color outcomes for our sweet puppies. Although Blue is popular, it is not AKC approved at this point. We are hoping this will change in the future as litters become more healthy. Our Dam is FAWN and our Sire is CREAM, both meeting AKC requirements. However, they have thrown some light and beautiful litters of various colors that will delight even the most onry of folks.
